Traveling by plane can be very stressful. As a passenger you always expect the worst because we have to admit that sometimes we are sitting next to a “very unpleasant” passenger, or a child explodes during the flight, and sometimes delays occur. The blood of the other passengers boiled with rage for some reason.

The team is well prepared to deal with this situation. They know what’s going on and make sure that every passenger is as comfortable as possible. But the crew tried to take care of one of the passengers. This caught the attention of a passenger who decided to share this interesting experience on the Internet.

Kristen Wiley was on the plane at Seattle-Tacoma Airport when Alaska Airlines Flight 748 was about to take off. However, something happened and the flight was delayed by 45 minutes!

She noticed that the flight attendants and flight attendants had gathered around one passenger. Kristen picked up the phone and decided to take some pictures. she posted them to Facebook with the following comment.

“We are now on the plane with a 45-minute delay. Why? “She is very upset and confused because she is a crazy old woman.”

The poor woman was very confused and did not know where and why she was on the plane. Due to the fact that the guard was sitting in the corridor and doing something wonderful, She was so scared that only a few passengers could see the whole situation.

This woman has a dog with her and she found support in her pet as she started cuddling has while trying to figure out the situation. Individuals who have this condition never have it easy because they never know what the future holds for them. According to the post, one of the Alaska Airlines staff was very passionate and patient towards this passenger.

He was explaining every step, cuddling her dog, while working with her husband or caregiver to find the best solution.

So instead of getting furious about the delayed flight, she was happy that this kind of person still exists in this world. Showing compassion for other people and Kristen is one of the witnesses at how this woman was treated by the airline company’s employees. The crew members were able to eventually come up with a solution and the woman finally calmed down.

They, later on, learned that the woman, her dog, together with her husband was escorted off the plane and explained to the passengers why they did it. The woman just needed to take her time before she can fly again. She felt too stressed and pressured because of this trip so the company made a very generous offer.

The airline company offered hotel and transportation with plans to rest up and try to fly again the next day.

Kristen wrote, “Again, incredible compassion given to the both of them while quietly explaining the situation to other passengers… This is how I would want my mother, my sister, my aunt, my daughter, my niece, my friend cared for.”

This story should remind us not to be afraid to lend a helping hand in any situation and never judge the situation directly.
