Two cops and a Good Samaritan filmed horrific moments on Florida police DVR as they stopped to help pull a man out of a burning car. Deputy First Class Garrett Parrish and Deputy First Class Bryant Ovalles Vasquez took immediate action. Parrish and Vasquez shown in the dashcam footage, the fire while trying to get to the man.
