This curious coconut octopus touches the camera lens while recording.

Denis McIntyre, a 29-year-old laboratory assistant, took this image in October 2019 in the Indonesian Lembeh Strait.

“The coconut octopus is hiding in the sand, but it is still interested in the front camera,” Denis said.

“It basically looks like a camera because it tastes like an octopus with a suction cup.”
