Chihuahua named Bully recently turned 23 years old. The dog, who has seen a lot in his life, will surely never forget what happened on his 23rd birthday.

Having spent his entire life as a pet, the dog was adopted when he was 21 years old! Unfortunately, the previous owner was too old to take care of him, so the dog was taken to an old dog rescue project called “Mr. Mo”.

The owner told Chris Hughes and his wife, who are leading the project, that the dog was “a big dog in a small dog’s body.” However, the Hughes family found that the calm, gentle, independent, sweet and mischievous dog hadn’t changed much.

The house is beautifully decorated in honor of an adorable dog born in 1999. The bully was so happy to see the decorations while he took a nap and treated himself to two of his favorite things! This is cute!
