27-year old Raphael Samuel supposedly has plans for suing his parents. Why? Because they failed to ask him for consent before giving him life, it’s been reported.

The Mumbai man is apparently a member of a supposed ‘child-free’ advocate group that premises kids shouldn’t be forced to endure life.

Called an ‘anti-natalist’, he reportedly believes that parents aren’t in a position to bring children into the world if the kid hasn’t given their consent for it.

According to Times Now News, Samuel has plans to sue his own mother and father for doing so.

Somewhat shockingly, he reports that his own relationship with his parents is “great”.

In an interview with The Print, Samuel said: “I want to tell all Indian kids that they don’t owe their parents anything…I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure.”

“My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigamarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist.”

Samuel stated it was important for people to be aware that not having children is a choice, and that it’s always possible to ask your mother and father why they decided to have you.

One YouTube video posted by Samuel shows him discussing the Indian ‘myth’ about respecting your elders. Nonetheless, he argues that we ought to be respecting people’s behaviors instead.

“Has that person treated you well? Is that person giving you freedom? Is that person encouraging your growth?” he asks.

“Your parents are two people at the age of 20-25 who just wanted a good night together and then they had you,” Samuel elaborates.
He believes that parents are indebted to kids for the happiness that they bring them, not the reverse.

“You must love them if you feel like loving them,” Samuel argues.

Samuel goes on to discuss the idea of respecting someone because of how they act, rather than simply because they hold a certain position.

Maybe they should counter sue for him not delivering the joy and pleasure they desired as parents 😂😂😂 what do you think? let us know. and pass this on so others can respond.
