An eight-year-old Utah boy died after falling from a corkscrew slide. Dallin Cunningham was taken to the hospital but remains unconscious. Parents are now suing the school district for failing to maintain the sidewalk underneath the slide to cushion the fall. The school district removed the slide from the playground.
