An ecologist, a 29-year-old vaccinated volunteer who underwent training in Queensland to protect and rescue flying mice in Australia, has re-examined a young gray-headed flying fox from Castile, a rescued fox.

Jasmine “She was a little intimidated, so I gave her a banana so she calmed down and felt comfortable.”

According to Jasmine, flying foxes often immerse their stomachs in water and drink liquid from their fur.
