Body camera footage captures the moment Kansas City police officers saved a child’s life. Two police officers responded to emergency care when the infant stopped breathing due to RSV. After the father of the one-month-old girl handed her over, the officer immediately began chest compressions.

The return was part of their efforts to save lives. Moments later, Officer Charles Owen leaned over and checked to see if the girl was breathing again.
