A few years ago, footage of a surveillance camera of a guarded eagle’s nest was posted on YouTube.

Owl attacked the eagle in the middle of the night, and to date the video has been watched by over half a million people.

The scene was filmed by Israeli surveillance cameras and posted online by Igor Karzhakin, a YouTube user who has been following the eagle for years.

Many nature lovers watched the video and remained silent – in the middle of the night, a large owl flew into the nest, and then grabbed the eagle with its claws and carried it off its feet. It is currently unknown what the outcome will be.
