Amit Kochar, a Los Angeles-based doctor specializing in facial neurology, is hopeful that Bieber will soon be back on the scene with aggressive antiviral therapy. It is estimated that only 10 out of 100,000 people suffer from Ramsay-Hunt syndrome.
