In San Diego, Drivers Grapple With Cash Falling Off An Armored Truck

Drivers scrambled to grab to get cash on Friday morning after a bag of money fell from an armored truck on the San Diego ring road.

Authorities say the incident occurred on Interstate 5 in Karlovy Vary just before 9:15 am as the truck was driving from San Diego to the FDA office.

“One of the doors opened and a bag of money fell,” said a California Highway Patrol sergeant. – said Curtis Martin.

According to Martin, several bags were opened, usually for $ 1 and $ 20, they flew into all lanes and stopped the highway.

A video posted on the Internet shows some people laughing and jumping around with pottery money.
