When Kimberly Blosser and Tony Woods were about to get married, the call of a lifetime changed their plans for a lavish wedding surrounded by many friends and family. But it wasn’t a call they could ignore, it was an opportunity to give Kimberly a life-saving heart transplant.

A 21-year-old Indiana girl was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and needed a heart transplant at 18. Therefore, the couple hastily got married and ended up in the hospital.
