Humboldt Penguins at the Oregon Zoo have fun chasing balloons and having fun!
Humboldt wings are used as fins and trellis legs, they can reach speeds of up to 30 mph and change direction easily. They usually dive to a depth of 100 feet, but sometimes sink to 200 feet or more when fishing. When diving, the transparent second eyelid acts as a safety goggle and protects the eye.
