Chloe Carroll, a 25-year-old egg breeder, said that a six-year-old Maremma Shepherd Snow was scratched by a chicken in the northeastern Australian state of Victoria this morning. They do this while Snowy keeps a close eye on any potential predators. Chloe “Protecting chokers is Snowy’s number one job! She enjoys living with them and I think chokers know that dogs protect them every day from dreadful foxes and eagles.”
