Alison Spooner and her partner Dean Durrant witnessed a real miracle not once, but twice.

In 2001, their special daughters were born: a daughter named Lauren, who is light-skinned, and her twin sister, Hailey, who is dark-skinned.

Such births are observed in maternity hospitals only in half a million cases, and the wonderful results of happy couples did not end there. Seven years later, the couple witnessed the same miracle – a pair of twins with different skin colors were born again.

In 2001, the couple welcomed special twins: Lauren had her mother’s blue eyes, red hair and white skin, while her twin Hayley had her father’s hair and dark skin. Just over ten years ago, a family from Fleet, Hampshire, found out they were expecting twins again. And history repeated itself nine months later.
