Police in Cleveland, Ohio, opened a car to rescue a child who was left inside while the child’s father was at a casino. Surveillance footage of the rescue and subsequent arrest shows, the couple returning to their SUV and calling 911 after hearing the child speak. While the police unlock the car and release the child, other officers go to the casino to arrest the child’s parents.
