The moment an Illinois police detective saved the life of a child who had stopped breathing was captured by a body camera. After 10-month-old Nathan Jimenez fell out of bed at home, his family jumped in a car to take him to the hospital. Luckily, Detective Corporal Matthew Levale met the family before they arrived at the hospital.

He quickly pulled the child out of the car and began cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Little Nathan began to breathe and cry again.
