Thousands of dogs that were supposed to be used for lab tests have been saved to live happier and healthier lives. According to the Humane Society of the United States, a kennel in Virginia that sold dogs to medical laboratories has been closed. Now 4,000 Beagles “who saved lives from animal testing” are being distributed to rescuers across the country to find them new homes.
