As an avid fan of television talent shows, I’ve seen a lot of amazing singing performances. From “American Idol” to the “The Voice,” and “America’s Got Talent,” and “Britain’s Got Talent,” there is no shortage of truly talented singers out there in the world. There are plenty of people who impress judges and audiences and even win these competitions, but there are some performances that are unforgettable.
Ronan Parke first came to the music world’s attention when he appeared on “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2011. In his first auditions, the judges knew he was going to be a star. At only 12-years-old, he showed not only an amazing talent for singing but professionalism on stage well beyond his years and a humble, down to earth attitude. Like most young singers with his kind of talent, it’s hard to imagine that such a huge voice came from such a small person. Furthermore, it’s difficult to fathom how he could inject so much emotion into his performances—he’s an “old soul.”
